NTS3 Kaoss Place in /Units/Effects, and copy the NTS1 units to /ProgramsPad effect units on the Korg MicroKorg2

This is based on the 'regroovelizer' (Logue runtime) I made for RaspberryPi (and Android). This allows you to load NTS3 Kaoss Pad GenericFX units and assign them as effects.
