Regroove Tracker for VCV Rack

⚠️ EARLY ACCESS; This is an early access download for a VCV Rack module  to playback ProTracker and OctaMED modules. Thing might not work as expected and currently contains debug settings. This engine is also used in the Drumlogue Logue unit. Try it out and let me know what can be improved.
